Nome essencial para música brasileira, Lobão chega aos 50 anos de carreira, e para celebrar essa marca, pega a estrada com a “50 Anos de Vida Bandida”, que revisita essa jornada que, em seu decorrer, resultou em inúmeros clássicos da música brasileira. O show no Rio de Janeiro foi anunciado para o dia 11 de maio, no lendário Circo Voador. Os ingressos já estão disponíveis pela Eventim.
“Essa é uma turnê histórica e retrospectiva dos meus 50 anos de carreira, que abrangem desde o princípio, antes mesmos dos meus primeiros discos, desde quando comecei a tocar com a Marília Pera, por volta de 1974. Vamos sair em uma mega turnê pelo Brasil, em power-trio, comigo, Guto Passos (baixo e vocal) e Armando Cardoso (bateria). Além da excelência, buscamos uma assinatura muito característica da nossa banda, com um som contemporâneo. Então, o show terá muita potência e muita versatilidade de som, com um repertório muito grande, extenso, que vai abranger todas as facetas da minha carreira”, explica Lobão.
A empolgação do público se reflete também no artista, que conta os dias para pegar a estrada nessa nova etapa da carreira: “Estou muito animado e apaixonado pela minha parceria com o Paulo Baron, da Top Link Music, e toda a equipe está arrebentando, todos num processo de imersão, de muita motivação e de entendimento do trabalho. Serão shows memoráveis e de uma carga emocional que não dá para se mensurar. Vamos que vamos”.
História
Lobão iniciou a carreira musical nos anos 1970, e, com 17 anos, entrou na banda Vímana, ao lado de músicos renomados no cenário: o astro pop Lulu Santos, o cantor Ritchie e o tecladista Patrick Moraz, que havia integrado o Yes, a maior banda de rock progressivo de todos os tempos. Esteve nos primórdios da Blitz e tocou com a cantora Marina antes de começar uma grandiosa carreira solo, com álbuns de sucesso como Cena de Cinema (1982), Ronaldo Foi pra Guerra (1984) e O Rock Errou (1985), com shows imensos por todo Brasil.
Em 1990, fez show no Hollywood Rock, considerado a melhor apresentação pelo público. No decorrer da década, lançou Nostalgia da Modernidade, Noite e A Vida é Doce (1999), que inovou ao ser distribuído por meio de bancas de jornais, enfrentando as grandes gravadoras. Ganhou um Grammy Latino com o ao vivo Acústico MTV. Lançou incontáveis discos no decorrer das décadas. Ousou, confrontou e inovou em diversas maneiras o cenário musical e a indústria que o cerca. Um artista multifacetado e único, que celebra meia década de carreira e não dá quaisquer sinais de que vai parar tão cedo.
